1. Cancellation of Services
1.1 Service Cancellation by Client
You may cancel the services you have purchased under the following conditions:
- For Website Design & Development Services:
- If the project has not yet commenced (defined as the initiation of any design, development, or technical work), you may cancel without any cancellation fee, and a full refund will be issued.
- If the project has commenced but is within the initial 7 days of the start date, you may cancel the service, and we will refund 50% of the total project cost.
- If the cancellation request is made after 7 days of the project start date, no refunds will be issued for work already completed. Any future payments will be terminated.
- For Ongoing Services (e.g., Maintenance, Hosting, SEO):
- Ongoing services such as maintenance, hosting, or SEO services may be canceled with 30 days’ written notice.
- No refunds will be issued for services already rendered in the current billing cycle.
- Any payments made for future periods beyond the cancellation notice period will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
1.2 Service Cancellation by SINTHA INFOTECH
We reserve the right to cancel any service or project under the following circumstances:
- Non-payment or delayed payment of invoices.
- Violation of our Terms & Conditions, including unlawful or fraudulent activities.
- Lack of cooperation from the client, including communication breakdowns that cause unreasonable delays in project progress.
In such cases, no refunds will be issued for work already completed. Any unpaid invoices for completed work will remain due.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued under the following conditions:
2.1 Eligibility for Refunds
- Website Design & Development Services: Refunds are eligible if the project has been canceled before significant work has been completed (as outlined in Section 1.1).
- Hosting Services: If hosting services are canceled within the first 30 days of service activation, you are eligible for a full refund of hosting fees. After 30 days, hosting fees are non-refundable.
- Maintenance & SEO Services: Monthly maintenance or SEO plans are non-refundable for the current billing period, but may be canceled with a 30-day notice, and any pre-paid fees for future months will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
- Custom Software Solutions: Custom software solutions are non-refundable once development work has commenced.
2.2 Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
- Domain registration fees
- SSL certificate purchases
- Third-party software licenses or integrations
- Services rendered as per the agreed scope of work
3. Refund Process

- Upon receipt of the refund request, we will review the details and notify you of the status of your request within 7 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment and may take up to 14 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.

- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company or bank; it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
